REFUND POLICY

Please ensure you read and understand our Returns Policy before making your purchase.

Is your product faulty?

We offer a 12 month warranty period on all of our sunglasses, if they are faulty.  

If you believe your sunglasses are faulty or are missing expected components, please contact our customer service team asap via email: team@urbanvide.studio.

For our Wall Art, personalised whiskey glasses and other gift products, we offer a 30-day warranty period, if you find your product is faulty or damaged.

Returns

 

To start a return, you can contact us at: team@urbanvide.studio, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Changed your mind?

 

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, we will accept a return of our sunglasses, wall art and other products at your return shipping expense, providing it is within 30 days of the date of your purchase.  Any returned items must be received by Urban Vibe Studio in an unopened and unused condition. 

Please note: We cannot accept the return of any personalised product, if you simply change your mind.

 

Note; The original delivery fee is not refundable, only the cost of the sunglasses, wall art or other products (excluding personalised products).

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

 

Please remember it can take a few days in some instances for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
